What is your return policy?
For products that are never open and customer picked up from the store, we offer a 14-days free return. You bring them back to us, and we inspect them. If they are never opened, we refund you the amount of money you paid. Sample sales and final sales are not returnable. Please carefully inspect the product together with our staff to make sure you like the condition.
Returning an item that is delivered.
Within the 14-days, if you haven't opened the boxes, bring them back to us and we inspect them. If they are never opened, we refund you the amount of money you paid minus the cost of our delivery to you.
What is the warranty?
Our products are covered by the manufacturer's factory warranty. Warranty is limited to only manufacturer defects. Wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse, and anything of this nature will not be covered by warranty. When you receive the products, inspect them immediately for manufacturer's defects and notify us if you find any. We will provide either a replacement part or even replace the entire piece if necessary.
Most of the products require assembly. Please carefully follow the assembly instruction and install the products properly. Damages caused by the improper installation are not covered. Damages caused by the use of improperly installed products are not covered.
